This policy describes how the 10-Minute Reading mobile application (“App”) handles information. The App is designed to work primarily on your device without accounts or a backend server.

Summary

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not require an account to use the App.
• Reading session and habit data stay on your device unless you enable optional features that rely on Apple’s systems (see below).

Information stored on your device

The App stores information locally on your iPhone or iPad using Apple’s standard on-device storage (for example, UserDefaults). This may include:

• Whether you have completed onboarding
• Your reading streak, last completion date, and a history of completed sessions (date and duration)
• Your preferences (session length, appearance theme, focus/passive mode)
• Your reminder settings (whether reminders are on and what time you chose)

This data is not transmitted to us by the App because the App does not include our servers or third-party analytics SDKs.

Notifications

If you turn on daily reminders, the App schedules local notifications on your device. Notification scheduling uses Apple’s notification services on the device. You can turn reminders off in Settings at any time.

Data we do not collect

The App does not collect book titles, page counts, notes, or similar reading content. It is not designed to track what you read.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
