- No account or sign-in is required; we do not collect account information.

3. How the App Works (Local Use Only)
All communication happens on your local Wi‑Fi network between your device and your compatible Smart TV. The App uses the local network only to:
- Discover compatible TVs on your network (optional).
- Send remote-control commands (e.g. power, volume, channel) to a TV you choose.
No data from these actions is sent to the developer or any external server. Everything stays between your phone/tablet and your TV.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
The App may store the following only on your device (e.g. in app storage or UserDefaults):
- App preferences (e.g. light, dark, or system theme).
- Whether you have completed first-launch onboarding.
- Locally entered TV IP address or connection details, if you chose to save them.
This information is not transmitted off your device and is not accessible to the developer.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or social SDKs. The only network communication is with compatible Smart TVs on your local network using standard protocols.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. It is suitable for use by all ages under the supervision of a parent or guardian as appropriate for use of the device and network.
7. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can uninstall the App at any time; any on-device preferences will be removed with the App.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we may notify users via the App Store listing or an in-app notice where appropriate.
