Frequently Asked Questions

The app can’t find my TV.

Make sure your phone/tablet and TV are on the same Wi‑Fi network. Some routers have a “guest” or separate 5 GHz network that doesn’t see the TV. Try “Add TV manually” and enter your TV’s IP address (you can find this in your TV’s network settings). Compatible with Samsung Smart TVs (2016 and later, Tizen-based).

Does the app collect my data?

No. The app does not collect, store, or send any personal or usage data to the developer or any third party. All control happens on your local Wi‑Fi between your device and your TV. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do I need an account or subscription?

No. There is no sign-in, account, or subscription. The app works entirely on your local network.
